pk69 Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk69 ("pk69", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://pk69.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the Platform.

pk69 is an online sports betting and live casino platform providing services to adult users. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on pk69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of pk69, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was suspended, closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any affiliated platform.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to them in their place of residence or physical location. pk69 does not warrant that use of the Services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation before registering.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document;
• Date of birth;
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid mobile phone number;
• Your country and city of residence.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Documentation: Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point we deem appropriate for compliance purposes, we may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Source of funds documentation where required by our compliance team.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal within the Platform. pk69 will never request sensitive documents via unsecured email or third-party chat channels. Processing times for KYC review vary and are not guaranteed; we aim to complete standard reviews within 3–5 business days.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, including any activity carried out by a third party using your login credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it across other services;
• Immediately notify pk69's support team if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

pk69 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly and in good faith, we will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds transacted prior to the report.

All deposits and withdrawals on pk69 are processed in accordance with the payment methods available in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. pk69 references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. The actual availability of any specific payment method, applicable limits and processing times are subject to change and must be confirmed within the cashier at the time of your transaction.

Important: The mention of any payment provider name on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, affiliation or approval of gambling activity by that payment provider.

The following general rules apply to all financial transactions:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit or a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Times vary depending on your payment method, KYC status and the operator's compliance review queue.
• All transactions on the Platform are denominated in the currency specified in your Account settings. Where amounts are referenced in PKR, they are indicative only and actual amounts depend on applicable exchange rates and payment provider terms.
• pk69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal, as specified in the cashier terms.

pk69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus principles apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated on the specific promotion page in PKR or the currency of your Account.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots and other game types may carry different contribution percentages. The eligible games list is provided on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: pk69 reserves the right to withdraw, void or recalculate any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or system exploitation is detected.

pk69 offers sports betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and Test series), football, UFC and combat sports, and other sporting events. The following general rules govern all sports wagers placed on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Screenshots of odds are not accepted as evidence of a bet placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without notice.
• pk69 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse bets or close markets at its sole discretion, particularly where we suspect irregular wagering activity.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of submission. Connection issues on the User's end do not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided unless our system confirms the bet was not received before the relevant event outcome.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical fault affecting odds, pk69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Help Centre.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance following official settlement of the relevant market.

Cricket markets are subject to the Laws of Cricket as administered by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB or the relevant franchise league authority for PSL events). Where local rules differ from ICC standard rules, the governing body's rules for that specific competition take precedence for settlement purposes.

Casino games, live dealer tables, slots and instant games available on pk69 are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, with real dealers via HD video stream. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

• Game outcomes are determined by the software provider's certified RNG and are not influenced by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your Account. Incomplete sessions caused by connectivity issues on the User's end may be subject to review.
• Maximum win caps may apply to specific games or game categories. These caps are displayed in the game rules or the Platform's Help Centre.
• pk69 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the User's failure to understand the rules of a game before playing. Free-play demo modes are available for most games to allow Users to familiarise themselves before wagering Real Money.

pk69 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction — and is strictly prohibited for minors.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may lose across all wagers.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and hard cut-offs to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen reminders at defined intervals showing your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Creating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with wagers placed on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling tips, system access or Account services;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other Account process;
• Attempting to circumvent any geographic restriction, security measure or access control implemented by the Platform;
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering or any strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine risk exposure.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, pk69 reserves the right to void all wagers, reverse all transactions, close the Account and retain any balance pending investigation and compliance review.

All content on the pk69 Platform, including but not limited to the pk69 name, logo, trade marks, service marks, text, graphics, interfaces, software, game content and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of pk69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notice from any Platform content;
• Use the pk69 name, logo or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pk69.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk69, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the User;
• Losses resulting from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or use of your Account where you failed to maintain adequate Account security;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, pk69's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk69 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as notified to Users from time to time.

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a bet settlement or these Terms, you should first contact pk69's support team in writing at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority specified under the applicable operator licence. Details of the ADR body, if applicable, are published in the Help Centre.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

pk69 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
• Where operationally practicable, provide registered Users with advance notice of material changes via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting our support team.
